Refund policy

Refunds -

By enrolling into any of our clinics or programs, you are committing to a contract for its duration. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, or other personal commitments. 

Due to bad weather conditions some clinics may have to be cancelled or to a change of venue. 

If there are any changes please check our social media pages

If the clinic or program is cancelled due to weather there will be an alternative make up day.

Payments - 

We only take bookings for entire programs and our fees are structured this way. Unfortunately, we cannot take casual bookings or pro-rata weeks you may be away.

Merchandise Returns / Refunds -

If merchandise is deemed to be faulty by one of our staff a full refund or exchange will be issues up receipt of the unused item.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind.
